TabletsAntituberculosis drug with bacteriostatic activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is especially active against actively growing Mycobacteria tuberculosis (including intracellular ones). It inhibits synthesis of phospholipids and forms intra- and extracellular chelated complexes with bivalent ions, blocking oxidation processes and nucleic acid synthesis. Resistance emerges quickly when used as monotherapy.
