Concentrate for solution for infusionAntineoplastic drug, cytostatic agent. It is a semisynthetic derivative of vinblastine, a Catharanthus roseus vinca alkaloid. Like vinblastine, vinorelbine causes a mitotic arrest at the G2/M phase of the cell cycle and subsequently cell death during the interphase or subsequent mitosis. It targets primarily mitotic microtubules; it is also active on axonal microtubules when used at higher doses.
