The Governor of St. Petersburg assessed a high readiness for the industrial production of drugs at one of the largest pharmaceutical enterprises of the city on the territory of St. Petersburg Special Economic Zone.
Pharmasyntez-Nord is going to launch the second stage of the manufacturing facility, and the readiness of the facility is very high.
The volume of investment in the project exceeds 4.5 billion rubles. The biotechnological drugs, including anti-tumor drugs that are not inferior to their world analogues will be developed and produced at this plant. More than 700 new jobs will be created here.
"This will be one of the largest facilities in the country. And if you add up all the pharmaceutical companies in the city, it turns out that we are not only a cultural, but also a biotechnological capital," the Governor said.
