Anniversary of BratskChemSyntez!
Exactly a year ago, on November 26, 2020, Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, launched the second stage of the large-scale workshop for the pharmaceutical substances production.
Over the year, the Bratsk plant has increased the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients to 100 tons of various pharmacological groups. One of the significant achievements of this year was a launch of a workshop for the production of anticancer drug substances with a capacity of up to 40 tons per year.
Today, BratskChemSyntez is one of the largest national manufacturers of APIs for the production of drugs for the treatment of socially significant diseases, such as cancer, HIV infection, tuberculosis, diabetes mellitus, and COVID-19.
The plant provides new jobs for the people in the region, increases the demand for promising technologies and developments, and also significantly contributes to substitution of some high demand imported drugs, making them affordable to Russian people.
The Pharmasyntez Group of Companies plans to continue to keep the production capacity at a high level and to initiate innovative solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.
