It will give a deeper understanding of the organic synthesis manufacturing process and improve resources. 

The training will be in an intra-extramural form using remote training tools. Practical training will be performed by the University teachers in the officers’ workplaces. The first round will start on September 09. It will include 17 synthesis operators of BratskChemSyntez.

After training, the operators will get the Certificate of 4 Category Synthesis Operator.

Synthesis operators are the key officers of the plant. They are integral to synthesis of drug substances and technologies transfer from research laboratories to production.
