His main task is to ensure the dynamic development of the company and maximum growth in the next 3 years. 

Igor Moroz has more than 10 years of experience in managing manufacturing facilities. He has extensive expertise in asset management, business development and improving production efficiency. 

JSC Pharmasyntez was founded in Irkutsk in 1997. It is the parent company and the core asset of its namesake group of companies. The company specializes in manufacturing anti-tuberculosis, antineoplastic, anti-retroviral and anti-COVID drugs, as well as solutions for injection, hospital antibiotics, over 80% of which are included in the list of vital and essential drugs (VED).
