The project's main goals are to develop the pharmaceutical industry, innovative technologies, and train highly skilled workers for this sector.

Students and postgraduates at Irkutsk State University will be able to work at the forefront of science and solve real-world issues in the field of drug development and analysis thanks to the creation of the Pharmasyntez Basic Department.

Earlier in 2025, Irkutsk State University established a master's program in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with Pharmasyntez's assistance in order to train highly skilled experts for the company's research divisions.
