Over 600 students took part in the International Student Festival with the educational platform of the Eurasian Academy of Good Practices. They are 92 teams, representing 61 universities from 7 countries.
The discussion of the plenary session, where the heads of the Academy, experts and representatives of relevant ministries and authorities of Russia and EAEU countries gathered, focused on the modern challenges of training future specialists in the pharmaceutical industry.
Kristina Zinovyeva was the Company’s speaker. She spoke about “Strategy to overcome the shortage of qualified personnel in the Pharmasyntez Group of Companies".
As a result of the event, it is expected that a resolution will be prepared for regulatory authorities to address staffing issues in the pharmaceutical industry.
The GxP-Fest is an international festival for students and postgraduate students who will become specialists in the pharmaceutical industry. It is a platform to bring together a new generation of the specialists and leading experts in the pharmaceutical industry. It is performed by the Eurasian Academy of Good Practices and powered by the Federal State-Funded Institution “State Institute of Drugs and Good Practices” of the Ministry and Trade of Russia.
