The parties agreed to hold practical classes in the framework of the academy’s educational programs based at two Pharmasyntez’s plants: in Irkutsk for the industry experts of the Siberian District, in Saint Petersburg for the students of the North-Western District.
Irina Spichak, Executive Director of the Eurasian Academy of Good Practices, noted that the Academy applies a comprehensive approach, in which theory and practice complement each other. The curriculum necessarily includes competence training in a real production facility that meets all GMP requirements.
Valery Aristov, Corporate Quality Director of the Pharmasyntez Group of Companies, in his turn, confirmed the Pharmasyntez Group of Companies’ interest in the academy’s educational projects and noted that the pharmaceutical industry badly needs a widely recognized educational institution, the status, competences and authority of which would be indisputable, and the Eurasian Academy of Good Practices is a promising project in this respect.
Currently, the Eurasian Academy of Good Practices is focusing on the development of its activity in the regions of Russia. Conclusion of a network contract with Pharmasyntez, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the country, will draw attention to the Academy’s regional projects, increase the availability of professional training of specialists of the Siberian and the North-Western Federal Districts. It will also allow to take into account the specifics and needs of regional pharmaceutical companies in the organization of their employees’ training to the maximum extent.
