Pharmasyntez entered the National Labor Efficiency and Employment Support Project

Any manufacturing company that belongs to one of the priority sectors, namely: manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction, housing and communal services, and has revenue of 0.4 to 30 billion rubles per year can become a participant in the project on a non-repayable basis.

The employees of the company will attend a course of lectures gaining experience in the practical application of lean production tools. They will receive qualified expert assistance in eliminating inefficiency of the production process and learn how to increase labor efficiency.

Evgeny Orachevsky, Chief Executive Officer of JSC Pharmasyntez, addressed the participants and experts of the program.

“Pharmasyntez is always looking to the future; we never stand still constantly developing and changing in response to the requirements of a highly competitive market. Digitalization is rapidly taking over new spheres of life. Labor efficiency increases due to automation and production performance growth. Lean production as a system allows you to take a fresh look at in-house business processes, while the reforms being implemented ensure cost savings and increase the competitive advantages of the output product. The program presented by the state as part of the national project is a kind of evolution of state supportive measures. The main thing we acquire is knowledge, expertise, methodology and practical support of pilot projects. The results we will receive are not only a contribution to strengthening the company’s competitiveness, but also additional capitalization of our main resource - our employees. I wish the entire Pharmasyntez team and experts of Federal Center of Competences inspiration and let your eyes shine, we’ll work!”-he noted.

Vladimir Gordeev, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Irkutsk Region, acting as the Minister of Economic Development of the Irkutsk Region, also came to welcome the participants of the program: “Needless to say, this program is one of the crucial ones. In the long run, we are setting the challenging goals to involve more than 100 large and medium-sized regional enterprises engaged in priority sectors of the economy in the program and ensure significant growth in their labor efficiency."
