In the educational part of GxP-Fest 2023, Alexandra Borodina, Recruitment and Adaptation Manager, and Teodora Diogenova, Staff Training Specialist, shared their unique experience and knowledge on what personal qualities should be paid special attention to in order to climb the career ladder systematically and comfortably. During the master class “5 business skills for building a career. Prospects for young specialists with the example of the Pharmasyntez Group of Companies”, they talked about aspects and conditions of internships in the company, career prospects for young graduates, and also presented successful cases of career growth within the company.
The students learned how to build a career from senior chemist to quality director, from senior technologist and workshop foreman to corporate director of production.
At the end of the master class, the students took part in a quiz, the winners of which received certificates for internship in the company and valuable prizes.
