A business meeting between JSC Pharmasyntez and chancellor office of the Institute of Chemical Technologies of the Siberian State University of Science and Technology named after M.F. Reshetnev

On November 1st, a business meeting between the company representatives and the chancellor office of the Institute of Chemical Technologies of M. F. Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technologies.

The main agenda of the meeting was getting acquainted with the production process and discussing the possibility of on-the-job training for students-technologists at the plant in Irkutsk.

The University representatives (Alexey Lyubyashkin, Director of the Institute of Chemical Technologies, and Evgeniy Root, Head of the Organic Chemistry and Organic Substances Technology Department) spoke about the program track, discussed the possibilities of compamy-sponsored training, the advantages and competitive performance of the university graduates.

After the meeting there was a tour of the solid dosage forms and sterile dosage forms production lines, freeze-driers, packaging and labeling sections for the guests.

As a result of the meeting, the strategy of further cooperation between the Siberian State University and JSC Pharmasyntez was established. The agreements on conducting career guidance events, the participation in the state certification commission, joint training programs for students and employees of the enterprise, terms of arranging on-the-job training and internships for the 3rd and 4th year students who major in pharmaceutical drugs chemical engineering were made.

M. F. Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technologies is the flagship university not only of the Krasnoyarsk Kray, but also of the entire Siberian Federal District.

We hope that the visit of the Institute representatives will become a good start of long-term effective cooperation in the field of training specialists for JSC Pharmasyntez,” said Elena Nikitina, HR Director of JSC Pharmasyntez.
