NEW YEAR “MODERNIZATION” STARTED AT PHARMASYNTEZ
The scheduled work on modernization of granulation lines in Solid Dosage Forms Department No. 2 (Pharmasyntez, Irkutsk) came to an end in January 2018.
The Department got equipped with High-Tech Italian equipment by Cos.Mec, with modern automation and quality control systems. The new equipment not only complies with international standards and the GMP and FDA requirements, but also is reliable and ergonomic in use.
As a result of modernization activities, the total lines output is more than 2,000 kg/day. Manual work hours have been reduced, and product losses are minimal.
The Company follows a scheduled equipment modernization plan. This both ensures quality of the products and helps to reduce their cost.
