The III Young Scientists School: Chemistry and Technology of Biologically Active Substances in Medicine and Pharmacy was held on May 15-19, 2023 at the Tushinskiy complex of the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology. During the week, researchers from the CIS countries and Cuba listened to lectures by scientists and representatives of pharmaceutical companies, exchanged experiences, studied specialized labor market, and participated in a competition of oral and poster reports.

The Pharmasyntez company became a participant of the event and a member of the jury of the competition of research works in various fields. Representatives of the company – Roman Ivanov, Director of Innovation Development, and Larisa Kulbachnaya, Head of Human Resources and Personnel Policy - spoke about the vectors of interaction of the company with young specialists, prospects for students, as well as about scientific directions of the company's activities.

At the end of the competition, Pharmasyntez awarded three students with certificates for internship in the company and memorable prizes.
