As of 2020 results, Pharmasyntez was awarded a third degree diploma in the Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical Complex nomination for making a noticeable contribution to the social and economic development of the region.

Rating of Irkutsk Region business entities is drawn annually in order to encourage regional enterprises and organizations to engage in accelerating the development of economic potential of the Irkutsk region. It is an image-building event and has great significance in the sphere of social and economic partnership of authorities and business. 

Winners are identified by using a comprehensive approach to financial and economic performance, investment and labor activities, and social responsibility of the enterprise.
