The event was chaired by Igor Kobzev, Irkutsk Region Governor. The meeting was attended by representatives of the government, business support institutions, and the business community.

In order to stabilize the social and economic situation in the Irkutsk Region, a set of measures to support the regional economy is being developed. Particular attention will be paid to small and medium-sized businesses and exporters.

"Today, in the Irkutsk Region, more than 180 medium and large investment projects are being implemented with an investment volume exceeding RUB 2 trillion. Some projects are carried out with the involvement of foreign capital. The imposed sanctions may affect the further development of the situation. In these conditions, the main objective for all enterprises is to maintain the number of employees and pay wages without interruption," emphasized Igor Kobzev.
