RUSSIAN STUDENT’S DAY PASSED SUCCESSFULLY!
RUSSIAN STUDENT’S DAY PASSED SUCCESSFULLY!
On January 25, Pharmasyntez celebrated its employee-students at Saint Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy and Irkutsk State Medical University with the Russian Student’s Day.
Unfortunately, not all the students could come to this solemn event as many of them were passing their term-exams at that moment. As Svetlana Shishova, Head of the Training Centre of Pharmasyntez, explained, only the best students could attend the event, i.e. those who had passed all the exams ahead-of-schedule by that moment. There are 6 employee-students at Saint Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy, and 9 students at Irkutsk State Medical University.
Svetlana celebrated the students with the Russian Student’s Day and with their successful exams and wished the future professionals to have qualitative and interesting study time. She also gave them some gifts: company’s stationery and sweets sets.
Svetlana noted that cooperation with leading universities that offer high quality education and have outstanding academic staff, help the company to resolve one of the most acute challenges that the Russian pharmaceutical business faces nowadays, i.e. lack of high-skilled professionals.
Pharmasyntez literally intends to start forming its personnel since school age. The idea of industry-focused classes creation in some Irkutsk and Usolye-Sibirskoe middle schools is being discussed now. That will involve much more in-depth study in the subjects required to attend university.
