Employer-sponsored students met with the company management and were able to ask their questions personally to Evgeny Orachevsky, CEO, Elena Nikitina, HR Director, and Galina Obikhod, the Head of the Training Center, in an informal setting.

Study and living conditions of students, their participation in scientific projects and social life of universities, opportunities for their further development as young professionals within the Pharmasyntez Group of Companies have been discussed at the meeting.

To date, the company pays tuition fees of 24 students who study in Irkutsk State Medical University and St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical University and specialise in field-specific directions like pharmacy, biotechnology and chemical technology. 

One of main advantages of employer-sponsored education is guaranteed employment at one of the five plants of the Pharmasyntez Group of Companies.

During the studies, the students are given the opportunity to undergo practical training and internship in the company and write a graduation paper under the supervision of one of highly qualified specialists.

Pharmasyntez also pays for flights and accommodation in a hostel for students studying in St. Petersburg.  “A” students and “B” students are extra salaried.

At the end of the meeting, all students received gifts from the company.
