At the end of December, Irkutsk hosted a big event - the project Ice City. Pure Water Happiness, organized by the Irkutsk administration for the first time as part of event tourism.

The project was implemented through federal grant funds under the national project Tourism and Hospitality Industry with the financial support of the Pharmasyntez Group of Companies.

The culmination of Ice City was a festive gala concert attended by more than two thousand people.

The audience was welcomed by Ruslan Bolotov, the Mayor of Irkutsk, Dmitry Ruzhnikov, the Deputy of the Legislative Assembly, Evgenia Naidyonova, the Head of the Tourism Agency of the Irkutsk Region, and Evgeny Orachevsky, the Director of Government Relations of Pharmasyntez JSC.

Irkutsk is the birthplace of our company, so it is especially gratifying that such wonderful projects are being implemented in our hometown. Such mutually beneficial cooperation is very important, because only in the framework of private-city partnership it is possible to create such projects, which will become the basis of event tourism in the future. And Irkutsk will become a point of attraction on the map of the country,” said Evgeny Orachevsky in his greeting to the citizens.

The Pharmasyntez Group of Companies has traditionally been a partner in socially significant projects in Irkutsk aimed at landscaping and improving the quality of life of the citizens, including projects under the annual cooperation agreement between the Government of the Irkutsk Region and Pharmasyntez JSC.
