On November 2nd and 3rd, the annual Regional Youth Career Forum took place in Irkutsk, it brought together more than 7,500 school graduates, university students, and young professionals. The event was arranged by the Irkutsk Region Government.

There was a “Job and Professions Fair” and more than 70 educational organizations and large employers of the region took part in it. The Pharmasyntez Group of Companies was among them.

The Irkutsk enterprise employees prepared an interactive program for the Pharmasyntez stand visitors and told them about company’s projects for young people, employer-sponsored education for chemists, additional social guarantees for young specialists, on-the-job training, internships, and roles available.

The fact that the stand of JSC Pharmasyntez was of great interest for the Forum participants was not only pointed out by them, but also by the event organizers.

“For us such events are one of the drivers of the active interaction with professionals and young specialists. Nowadays we closely cooperate with the leading universities of Irkutsk region, The Republic of Buryatia, and Krasnoyarsk Kray. Pharmasyntez-oriented specialists are trained there (chemists and technologists).

A large-scale on-the-job training and internship program for chemists and technologists was implemented by JSC Pharmasyntez in cooperation with Buryat State University and Irkutsk State University for the first time in summer, 2023. It became successful and productive. We will continue to develop cooperation with universities, offering students the best conditions for gaining professional experience and getting decent work,” shared Galina Obikhod, JSC Pharmasyntez head of the training center.
